Patent Preparation and Prosecution
Felicito’s intellectual property practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution. He has extensive work experience in cases involving telecommunications, computer hardware, software, networked systems, circuit design, semiconductor manufacture, and wireless devices. He has at least six years of experience practicing patent law.
Felicito’s career includes working in Academia at the largest Catholic university in Asia, the University of Santo Tomas (UST) in Manila, Philippines. At UST, Felicito was a professor in Electronics and Electrical Communications Engineering. Felicito also has worked in industry, as an engineer for a semiconductor company. He also was an engineer for an Automated Test Equipment (ATE) company that is a leading producer of high-performance test solutions for commercial, defense, and space applications.
Prior to joining Larson Newman, Felicito practiced at a small Austin patent boutique firm.
